The WACO member Genesis Logistics, has become the first logistics business in Cyprus to be certified as a Great Place to Work.
The Genesis Logistics team undertook a rigorous process that assessed everything from work environment to organisational culture to finally be declared a Great Place to Work certified business.
Great Place to Work help businesses in more than 50 nations develop cultures and systems to highlight that employees are trusted and valued, which in turn creates high performing workplaces.
“This certification success confirms the people-first culture of our company, which offers a working environment of trust, solidarity, promoting equal opportunities, and social values,” said Stefanos Stefani, Chief Executive Officer, Genesis Logistics.
This new certification came only a week after Genesis Logistics had the certifications ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 renewed.
